This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made on moncada.store (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Melissa Milano LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (EIN 33-4010927). Contact: info@moncada.store.

1. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods (or of the last item, where an order is delivered in several parts).

To exercise this right, inform us (Melissa Milano LLC, info@moncada.store) of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 9, but it is not mandatory.

2. How to return an item

  1. Contact us at info@moncada.store within the withdrawal period, quoting your order number.
  2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal.

3. Condition of returned goods

Items must be returned unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no fee to you.

5. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items – legal guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, EU/EEA consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact info@moncada.store and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

8. International (non-EU) customers

We accept returns from all countries within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions set out above. For non-EU orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
