1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to all sales concluded through moncada.store. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Products, descriptions and pricing

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include or exclude taxes and shipping as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors.

3. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, in which case any payment is refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. All amounts must be paid in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and all customers may return items, as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

EU/EEA consumers benefit from the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Faulty or non-conforming goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

All content on moncada.store, including the Moncada brand, logos, text, images and designs, is owned by or licensed to Melissa Milano LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumers’ mandatory statutory rights.

11. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the consumer-protection law of your country of residence, which are not affected by this clause.
